Lost access to C:\ Drive. "Can't open access control editor. Access is denied" error is displayed (SOLVED) Hirnaymay Bhaskar

To get access to a Drive-

Step 1: Right click on "C" drive and go to Properties.

Step 2: Select Security Tab.

Step 3: Click on Advanced.

Step 4: Now you can now find three tabs. Select Permission.

Step 5: Click on Add.

Step 6: Now click on select a principal link on the right side of Principal.

Step 7: Enter your username

Window 8 Online Account User-

You have to type your email ID rather than username.
