Windows App Store doesn't Start (Window 8, Window 8.1, Window 10)

Windows App Store doesn't Start (Window 8, Window 8.1, Window 10)

1. Open the administrative Command Prompt and paste the following command there and hit Enter key:
powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml

2. Actually this is a Windows Power Shell command, but when you enter this into administrative Command Prompt, the window title turns to Windows Power Shell while command execution is being done, and then when done, the system returns to the same directory but the thing changed now is that the issue is fixed after the successful execution of this command.
Now however, without rebooting the system, you can try to click on “Store” link, and it should work fine now but still we suggest you to reboot once to get the things right as they should be.

An error occurred. Please try again later unable to watch videos in Youtube (SOLVED) Hirnaymay Bhaskar

If you see the message: "An Error Has Occurred, Please Try Again Later", which is inside an empty Flash player, that's a sign of "time-out" or "run-time" error. Problems like that are usually due to your ISP (Internet Service Provider), YouTube or a network link between the two of them which is trying to carry YouTube's Flash transmissions onto your computer. These events are usually just temporary.

Try the methods and check after each method:

Method 1: Check your PC date and time. Update your time and remember to change time zone.

Method 2: Update your Flash Player.

Method 3: Enter The link on website https://proxy-us.hide.me/index.php

Method 4: It's quite possible that simply pressing "F5" (or clicking the "Refresh" icon) could easily resolve your problem. You can also try clicking the "Back" and "Forward" buttons.

Method 5: Try the methods that you have not tried earlier and check after each method:
Optimize Internet Explorer: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/936213/ro
Disclaimer to reset Internet Explorer: The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might reset security settings or privacy settings that you added to the list of Trusted Sites. The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature.

Method 5: Perform System Restore, to return to a previous state – when your computer was functioning correctly. It can also change Internet Explorer settings, scripts, batch files, and other kinds of executable files on your computer.
Note: System Restore does not affect personal files, such as e-mail, documents, or photos.

Step 1: Perform System Restore.
Step 2: Uninstall Adobe Flash player and then reinstall it.
